Description
Zirconia flap disc is also called fused alumina zirconia flap disc.
Our zirconia flap disc can be used in any angle grinder, can directly interchangeable with depressed center wheel, it has strong elasticity, high strength of extension and flexure strength, good self-sharpening, large grinding removal quantity and high efficiency. It is suitable for grinding the flash burr on the workpiece after welding or stamping.
Especially for the grinding of stainless steel welds, our zirconia flap disc has a very good grinding effect, with a very high cost performance.
1. Please check whether the flap disc is deformed, damp or peeled off before grinding. If so, please replace a new one.
2. When replacing a new flap disc, it is forbidden to knock it, ensure that the flap disc is appropriately tightness, and check whether the protective cover of the angle grinder is intact.
3. Before turning on your angle grinder, you must wear protective goggles, dust masks, safety gloves and other labor protection equipment.
4. After turning on the angle grinder, please free running for 1 minute toward the ground where no man's place.
5. In the grinding operation, please keep the zirconia flap disc and the workpiece processing surface at an angle of 15°-30°. It is strictly prohibited to impact with the workpiece and put too much power. It is necessary to master the strength and don't to be remittent.
6, When in use, do not exceed the maximum working speed on the instruction manual of the flap disc.
7, Please store it properly, keep it ventilated and dry, prohibit squeezing and be affected with damp.
