Description
Tile drilling bit is also called tile straight bit.
Our tile drilling bit use our own excellent carbide tips by sinter-hip treatment with special drilling angle design, it can protect your tile from breakage with high drilling efficiency.
1, Keeping cool the bit with clean water while drilling. Good cooling can not only prolong the service life of drill bit but also increase the drilling speed significantly (Dry drilling is strictly prohibited, because dry drilling is not beneficial to the bit and will increase wear and tear).
2, Tile drilling bit is not suitable for metal material processing.
3, Our tile drilling bit can be used in bench drill, manual drill and machine tool with drilling function.Dual-purpose electric drill cannot use impact function, please switch to normal electric drill function.
4, Do not knock the drill bit when loading and unloading it, to avoid bit fracture deformation. If the bit becomes dull, you can use the emery wheel to sharpen the tip again.
5, Our tile drilling bit can not be used for toughened glass drilling, is not recommended for glass brick.
6, According to the materials to choose the appropriate drilling bit, it can make you to work faster, better and more economical.
