The Test of Tire Drill Bit

In tire repair, before we plug the tires mushroom nails in the broken hole of pneumatic tires, we need to use tire drill bit to clean the rust, chippings and other impurities include steel wire layers in tire. To clean the rust and plastic chippings is easy for tire drill bit, the point of operation for tire drill bit is clean the steel wire layers in pneumatic tire. Because there are often more than 3 layers of steel wire inside the pneumatic tire, these steel wires are of good hardness and strength, all of these require tire drill bit must be with a very good performance, otherwise its service life will be very short. So Doma's tire drill bit are required to drilling test with 5 layers of steel wire pneumatic tire before delivery.
